Submission Guidelines

Follow these guidelines to ensure your abstract is reviewed successfully

Abstract Format
Maximum 300 words excluding title and author details
Include: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
Title should be concise (max 20 words)
Include 3-5 keywords
Submission Requirements
Original work not previously published
All authors must be listed with affiliations
Declare any conflicts of interest
Indicate preferred presentation format (oral/poster)
Review Criteria
Scientific merit and originality
Relevance to conference themes
Methodological rigor
Potential impact on African public health
Important Notes
Presenting author must register for the conference
Late submissions will not be accepted
Limit of 3 abstracts per presenting author
Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings
