Participants Guide | CPHIA 2026
Arrange your visa and travel documents Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your intended entry date. Keep printed and digital copies of your invitation, registration confirmation, travel bookings and hotel details. Apply before travelling through www.evisa.gov.et. Select “Conference / Workshop Visa”, upload your confirmed invitation or registration letter, and use the Ministry of Health Ethiopia company reference number MI145649839556. Check the portal for the applicable visa fee. If you cannot obtain a visa before travel, contact the Secretariat for confirmed visa on arrival arrangements. Africa CDC sponsored delegates should keep visa receipts for reimbursement. Check current entry and yellow fever requirements. Arrange travel and medical insurance. Carry prescription medicines in original packaging with a copy of your prescription.
